How to manage the testcrowd

Is it important to manage a community like a test crowd? We think yes, in particular in the case when an organisation brings his work to the crowd it is important to manage some activities.

This figure shows how you can manage the test crowd. The idea is that if the application holds confidential information the management of the the crowd is higher.

Control the crowd

for example the mortage calculation can be tested by their own people. A webshop for example can be tested by everyone if the testgoal is usability.
